We understand that circumstances may change after you place an order. This policy explains your options for canceling an order and the conditions that apply.
Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@stampinupmall.my with your order number and a clear request to cancel. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders Already Processed
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may refuse delivery or return the item after it arrives. Refunds for returned items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only some of them, please specify which items you want to cancel in your request. We will accommodate partial cancellations where possible before shipment. If the order has already shipped, you will need to return the unwanted items.
Refund for Canceled Orders
If we cancel your order before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 1–2 business days of cancellation confirmation. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations Initiated by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or shipping address issues outside our service area. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund.
